Three Systems, No Single Picture

Flourish Science runs on a modern SaaS stack — QuickBooks for accounting, Stripe for payment processing, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Each tool is strong in isolation, but together they create blind spots that make financial planning harder than it needs to be.

Pilot Rollout

We build the integrations, connect your data, and get you live on Pecunio within the first month. The remaining five months are for you to use the platform, give us feedback, and shape the product together.

Week 1–2

QuickBooks Integration

Connect QuickBooks via OAuth. Sync P&L, Balance Sheet, Chart of Accounts, invoices, and bank transactions. Seed the 3-statement model with 12 months of actuals.

Week 2–3

Stripe Integration

Connect Stripe via API key. Pull subscriptions, charges, refunds, and payouts. Map Stripe fees and payout timing into the cash flow model.

Week 3–4

RevenueCat Integration & SaaS Metrics

Connect RevenueCat v2 API. Pull MRR, ARR, churn, cohorts, and LTV. Feed subscription metrics into forecast engine as revenue drivers.

Week 4–5

Go Live

Full platform access: 3-statement model, 13-week cash flow, SaaS dashboard, AI CFO agent. Walkthrough session with the Flourish team.

Months 2–6

Active Pilot

Full platform use. Regular check-ins for feedback. We iterate on SaaS-specific features based on what Flourish actually needs. Data syncs run automatically.

Month 6

Pilot Review

Joint assessment: what worked, what didn’t, what’s next. Discuss ongoing engagement options and pricing for continued access.

  • Give us feedback. Monthly check-in (30 minutes) to share what’s working, what’s frustrating, and what you wish existed.
  • Be a reference. If the pilot is successful, we’d love a brief testimonial or case study we can share with other SaaS companies.
  • Respond to setup requests. Provide API keys and attend the kickoff call within the first week so we can build momentum.
