Meet Our Founders

Marcus Wood, a CFO who led finance teams from startups to multinationals, knew firsthand the cost of inefficiency. Manual reports, version chaos, and delays were everywhere. With the rise of generative AI, he saw the future, and knew finance needed its own system. Not a generic chatbot, but intelligent agents that think like a CFO.

He teamed up with Jaimyn Mayer, a systems engineer and maker with deep technical chops, startup agility, and a bias toward practical, scalable builds.
